Always fast with the food. Salmon/ cali/ shrimp tempura rolls are the best. Bento Box With Shrimp Tempura Salmon Teri Yaki and Beef Teriyaki are also good. The brown rice for entrees is good but dont get it in the sushi.

We order from here often, sushi has always been great, price is comparable to other locations, apps are also delicious. My husband almost always get the dinner combinations; great deal and a lot of food!! Love love love Aji!

I wanted to try a new place after 20 years in the neighborhood and Aji came up highly recommended on my google searches. Not only has delivery been one of the fastest ever for sushi- I got my meal in 8 minutes last night!- it is amazing fresh and some of the highest quality I have ever eaten. I have ordered 3 times in the past 2 weeks. The spicy tuna roll melted in my mouth. It was as good as the sushi I had last week at the Mack Daddy of sushi restaurants- Megu. I might have to order it for lunch today! I look forward to trying the rest of their menu!

Good food and fresh, but time estimates EXTREMELY inaccurate. On the dozen or so occassions that I have ordered I have never received my order within the 15-30 minute time window--it has regularly been over an hour before I get my food. While I was told that I order during a high volume time period, it seems that if EVERY weekday night is high volume the expected time should be revised up. Being able to deliver within the time window at odd hours of the day doesn't count when none of the dinner deliveries are timely

The food has always been good but the delivery guy cursed at me tonight when he couldn't figure out how to use the buzzer. It was the third time ordering from here in a week and I pre-tiped him $4.00 for $12.00 order. I called the restaurant to complain but the manager didn't seem very interested. I thought this was going to be my new sushi restaurant but this is my last order.

Awful -- i ordered brown rice rolls today and literally the rice was falling off the rolls. Have never had anything quite that bad. Very disappointing.

it won't knock your socks off but it's the best sushi delivery in the neighborhood, and the prices are very reasonable. even the lunch specials are always fresh.

It's BYOC - 'Bring your own Chopsticks" - when you order for more than one person. They only send one set, no matter how much food you order - even if you request a second set!

Rolls were rolled well, but the fish was not fresh at all. In fact it may have started to go bad already. The shrimp tempura roll wasn't too bad. Will never order from here again though.

Their 2 rolls, soup, and salad lunch special is huge and it's definitely my go to lunch order when I'm craving sushi at work. They also have a Honey Wasabi sauce to pair with sushi that is phenomenal. It's only available as an extra option with certain rolls (for example the Spicy Triplets Roll which is very good) but you can request it as extra in the comments - it's $1 more. Definitely try it, I highly recommend it. The thing that knocked off a star for me is that they aren't always consistent with the amount of fish that they put in the rolls. Sometimes there's tons and at other times it's obvious that they're running out of fish.

Fresh, tasty and plentiful sushi. And they don't require you to get a California roll with any of the lunch specials. There may be better sushi places out there, but the value is tough to beat.

There are a lot of Sushi options in the Murray Hill area and I have sampled them all...this is by far the best sushi in the area. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Aji and I order from there at least once a week. They are also very prompt with delivery so you will never have to wait too long for your fresh fish.

Ordered the Greenly Green Roll and Yellowtail Jalapeno w Yuzu Sauce tonight. Both were off the hook delicious. The yellowtail slices, resting on top of a layer of fine ginger, was sliced perfectly (not too thick or thin) with just the right amount of jalapeno, masago and finely chopped scallion on top. The presentation was elegant and beautiful. The yuzu sauce was just right. Not too sweet or tangy, enough to make the flavor and texture of the yellowtail stand out. Yummo! The greenly green roll had the perfect blend of textures from the combination of a light delightful crunch (from the outer cucumber wrap), mild chewiness of the rice, and very fresh maguro filling. The addition of the unagi and sauce just hit the spot. Had ordered several times from this place, and have not been disappointed.

We love Aji sushi. We order from here at least twice a week. The food is consistently excellent. We order the Shumai, Salmon Avocado, Spicy Salmon, Shrimp Tempura, Sex on the Beach, and some other specialty rolls. The restaurant itself is very charming and we like to eat there from time to time.

I have told everyone at the office how much I love Aji and how fresh everything was. Today when I got my order the salmon roll looked & tasted like it had been sitting around a couple of days and my eel wasn't much better. Very disappointed.

they offer the 3 roll lunch in hand roll form which i prefer over regular rolls, ask for a little bit more rice, delivery usually pretty quick.

This is the worst restaurant that I have found on Seamless Web. The food was supposed to take 15-30 minutes to be delivered, but it took almost an hour and a half to show up. When I called for a status update the employees were rude. To top things off, my order had a human hair in it.

this is my go to sushi delivery place. 25 orders and all good. special rolls like volcano or spicy triplets are the deal, they are pricey but worth it in the way a great dark chocolate is to a Hershey bar.

The Volcano Roll was delicious and the fish was fresh. The jalapeno wasn't really a jalapeno, it was more of a bell pepper, but nevertheless tasty. I think the edamame could of been boiled a bit longer in order to soften it more and added salt on top before delivering it, but the miso soup was pretty tasty. The delivery time was superbly fast, which is always a plus. Overall I was very satisfied and would order from this restaurant again.

If I could half star it my rating would have been 2 1/2. It was remarkably average sushi. The salmon was excellent, the tuna was far from it. Both the shrimp and the yellowtail were OK. I was not disappointed, but nothing about my meal will make me run out and order again.

I hate to give a 1 star rating, but the Sushi was pretty poor. 2 pieces were tough (I've only had tough sushi once). Others gave this restaurant a good review - and this is just a review on the Sushi, not the cooked food.

I got two of the specialty rolls, and they were delicious! Only problem was together they cost me about $30. $30 for two rolls seems pretty steep in a city where there's a sushi spot on every corner.

Just ordered for the first time and will never again. The delivery guy was so rude and I even tipped more then I should have too! This food isn't 'real' Japanese food and I don't what this sauce is supposed to be but it wasn't teriyaki. Never again

Overall, respectable -- EXCEPT! -- the avocado was ROCK HARD. It ruined the shrimp/avocado roll which was half of my lunch. Beyond that, everything was fair, not great. Delivery was faster than estimated.

This place has the best sushi around! It's always fresh tasting and it comes amazingly fast. Everything I have tried from them (from edamame to salmon teriyaki) has been amazing. Not only are they my favorite sushi place but they are my favorite place all around.

THE BEST!!! I recommend NUTTY EEL AVACADO ROLL & BLACK&WHITE ROLL! The only downside is not enough soy sauce, when I specifically requested extra soy sauce.

remember to order extra soy sauce, but they give you enough wasabi to kill a small pony. Delicious sushi rolls and individual pieces are pretty good. The Age Tofu is huge and worth a tasting.
